2025 NorCal Westsail Rendezvous
The 2025 NorCal Westsail Rendezvous will be held Oct 3rd - Oct 5th, 2025 at Pier 39 Marina.
All Westsails and Westsailors past, present and future: Bring your boat, crew, or just yourself. We will have dock space for all boats.
The event will be hosted by Randy Leasure aboard W32 Tortuga. Please register in advance on the WOA web site and contact Randy at captleasure@yahoo.com if you have questions.
We are getting a special group discounted rate of $30 per night, so be sure to mention you are part of the Westsail Rendezvous when contacting P39 Marina
To reserve a slip at Pier 39 contact them at
info@pier39marina.com
and provide the following:
- Full Name (They will ask for valid ID when reserving your slip)
- Requested Date(s) of Stay
- Copy of current Certificate of Liability
- Copy of current registration or USCG documentation
They will be grouping all the boats together on J dock. Yes there are seals and yes there is some surge, so bring your best dock lines and fenders. Be aware of the ferries and tourist boats that enter and exit the west side of the marina.
Important: Be sure you have copies of vessel documentation and evidence of insurance to supply to the marina, if you're arriving by boat. Electronic versions / photos are acceptable. More info on Pier 39 here: https://pier39marina.com/mapsdirections/
Friday: Boats arrive. The Friday night potluck will be on the docks. Bring your favorite foods to share.
Saturday: boat tours and visitation etc.
Saturday dinner: 5pm-7pm Luau Lounge Tiki Bar & Restaurant Pier 39
We have a reservation as the Westsail group for reserved tables for 8 people each. Each table can order off the menu and square up their own check for the table and the end of the meal and get their own drinks at the bar.
If you have not RSVP'd for the dinner please do so so we can get an accurate head count!
The WOA store will be open Saturday afternoon and evening. I am looking for someone to help organize the store and handle the sales.
Cash payments for the weekend activities are preferred.

For those coming by car, parking is a bit nutty around Pier 39 so suggest you park at one of the lots a few blocks away (the main Pier 39 garage is very expensive) or take public transportation such as the F market or Ferry.
