Can I pay you to help me set up my sails?

    I patched up the original mainsail and tried to attach it but I can't figure it out. I've tried to read the rigging book but am still having a tough time. Also I can't figure out how to operate and run the lines to my furler. 

    I don't really know anyone around here well enough to ask for that much help so I'm offering to pay good hard cash for someone to come to my boat that's currently anchored in the Potomac River near Wash DC and just show me how all the lines and stuff work and maybe sail for a little while. I've never sailed this boat. I'm still renting these little flying scotts at Belle Haven Marina for practice.

    Would anyone near DC be willing to help me? I'm not looking for a handout am willing to pay. Thanks, Eric

    PS I sold my car so you would have to come to me.

    Hahaha! Thanks Sean, it was nice to wake up with a chuckle this morning. I'll see you next winter though with sails already up! 

    How's your new boat coming along? I intend to visit Ft Meyers again when I come down. I really enjoyed my brief stay there. Eric

    I will be happy to help you out, at no charge, but it will have to wait until I am in the area in September for the Westsail rendezvous at Herrington Harbor, since I will be flying in and out of Dulles Airport..
