Can anyone recommend the sizes of the winches that I should have on a W42 ketch.Either I am getting weak in my old age or the winches are too small, or both

Our 42 has two speed ARCO 55's for the jib that work pretty well.  The rest of the halyards and sheets use ARCO 40's or 50's which are ok, but you still have to crank pretty hard.
