Hello, The manhole cover on my lazarette leaks from the dog screws. This is a bronze round Rostand cover with four dogging screws. I replaced the seal but the screws go through to the inside and there is nothing to prevent water from leaking through those. Has anyone figured out a solution to this issue? Perhaps wax, butyl or custom  fix?
