Keel in the air, mast submerged. 
He is OK and heading to Bermuda.

I've never been so confused in my life as when I woke up this morning! So many things to fix and clean. Engine works, sails work and mongo works, to Bermuda!

The mast made the dip ok somehow. Just a random giant wave with perfect timing. I was down below and lucky I didn't get hurt. Game plan come soon. 

Huge knockdown last night, ripped away the solar, gallows, and dodger. Long story short, sparrows keel was in the sky! Scary but I am Sparrow are safe,

Well the weather seems to be closing in and I don't feel like racing to Bermuda against what's coming. We now sail South, go Sparrow GO!

Agreed, Jay. It was hard to tell the state of his hull to deck joint status. He had his solar panels attached to the gallows. 
We’ll learn more about the wave incident soon. But if the keel was out of the water it sounds as if it was a serious event.
