Hello all,

I am planning on attend the PNW rendezvous in August. I am sailing down from Victoria, BC - really a day sail across the Strait of Georgia, but I am planning on taking a couple of days on either end to do some recreational sailing and to break up the longest leg.

The crossing can be pretty hairy if the wind picks up and I am at the beginner to intermediate stage of confidence/skill where I'd be more comfortable having someone along.

I'm probably going to go to the San Juans for a day or two before heading to PT, or Port Angeles first then across and to the San Juans afterwards, not sure yet. The only fixed date is the rendezvous.

So if you know of any Westsailors who would like to get a little West Coast under their belt, pass it along.

Sorry, but I can't handle smokers, and they'd have to be able to handle dogs. A crib player would be welcome.
