    I've got an adjustable one on my W28.  Bud Taplin told me at the Chesapeake Rendezvous that it was too big for my boat. I don't know the length and I won't be back at the boat for two weeks. Maybe Bud remembers it and could say whether it would be appropriate for a W32? If so it's yours.
