I am about to purchase the material to start a very large core replacement project on our W32.  Our entire foredeck is saturated for starters.  I have also discovered rot around the boomkin mounting holes, so that will need replacing as well.  I fear I will be chasing a lot of rot in the weeks to come.

Will the plywood core be 1/2" throughout the deck (fore and aft) or are there areas of different core thickness?
