Volvo MD11C in running condition For Sale - Seattle area

    We have decided to repower with a new BETA 25 and will be removing our current Volvo  MD11C.  The MD11C is in operating condition and will be sold with many spare parts. (service manual, injectors, thermostat, impeller, 3 blade prop, etc.)  We have replaced the Mixing Elbow, Starter and Alt. in the past couple years.  The engine is raw water cooled, it runs well and has proven reliable.  Actual Engine hours are unknown as there is not an hour meter. 

    We anticipate installing the new BETA in Feb or March and will continue to use the Volvo until that time.  If your interested in seeing/hearing the engine running we will be happy to meet you at our boat and fire up the engine for you.

    We're open to all offers.

    My MD2B - ended up selling the transmission, spare and external parts - and recycling the remaining flywheel,head and block.

    Thanks for the response Jay.  I've spoken with a couple people who may be interested in the engine.  Does anyone have an idea what it may be worth?  It runs fine and will come with a lot of spare parts.

    Hi Kevin,

    It's March so you may have not have the engine anymore but in case you do, I would be interested in some individual parts. Shipping the complete engine to Florida is probably cost prohibitive and since I've rebuilt mine two years ago, I'm in for the long haul.

    Heat Exchanger

    Exhaust Elbow

    Starter and Solenoid Unit
