Angle of Bow to inner forestay

    Hello Bud,

    During a storm the stemposts failed on the foredeck and shot forewards and for a time got caught against  the babystay bow chainplate which was then bent vertical along with the bottlescrew. Can you advise the angle required for the chainplate between the bow and alignment of the babystay. The mast has been removed and I need a replacement made..

    I will send you an email with the drawing of that fitting, which Westsail calls the stemfitting.
