First Generation Westsailors

    Jay made a good suggestion, that I should include some articles from the first generation Westsail Owners.  I'm sure we would all enjoy hearing their point of view.

    The only problem is that I'm not sure who they are aside from Lynn and Snider Vick.   

    If you have contact information for any of those people, whether or not they are WOA members, please forward it to me at editor@westsail.org.

    p.s. I'm always happy to receive articles or suggestions for articles from any source.

    Dick et al.

    Take a peek at Windbag - Westsail Corporation publication  (members only area) as I have pulled from the Windbag- some articles and grouped together.

    I also have added Westsail Personalities page of names that I have gleaned from the Windbag.  I have tried to find more information on many of those listed but except as noted - very few hits using Google and other free sources.

    A few names stand out like Dave White - who did a lot of sailing / Racing - he has sent me an email once but I have not had a reply since.

    Lynn and Snider Vick own a Westsail but I have not recieved an email replay from them either - though their account on the WOA site shows one login in March 2011.

    We do need to find the folks who are still around and get their stories from the early days.
