Hiya - I'm considering changing my forward mooring arrangement and wonder what other people do. Currently we run our bow lines through the hawse pipes to the sampson posts but I saw a picture of cleats with lines  run through chocks on the flat part of the caprail - that might make mooring in our Mediterranean set up a bit easier.
