I'm in the process of remodeling/renovating my galley and icebox (new gelcoat & insulation).  Right now pretty much anything behind and to the right of the stove has been torn out.

Until now I had the stock, factory 'locker with removable lid' right behind the stove (where I keep pots & pans), two shelves behind sliding doors above and next to the hull (where I keep spices, etc.) and the small 'locker' to the right of the shelving above the icebox with a door (where I basically keep nothing as it's too cumbersome to reach into).

This configuration has served me well over the years but since I currently have a 'blank slate' I thought I might ask for pictures of alternate configurations that just might knock my socks off.
