Last I heard they had disontinued the round ones. I tried to buy the mold, but they weren't interested in parting with it. They offered a 15% discount if I ordered 100 of either size, and that just wasn't enough of a discount to justify the hassle. I came up with my own version that works pretty good. I didn't use plexiglass, I used the vinyl strips they use in commercial freezers, the ones that hang vertically and the forklifts drive through.

Perhaps I'll look into making a bunch and selling them...I'll look at the costs.

They are holding up nicely, and really keep the rain out.

They can only be used if the lip of your portlight sticks out far enough to be able to put a screw clamp around them - on one of mine, it is inset to far for me to be able to put one on, luckily it is one of the aft portlights that are already under the dodger cover.

I have a couple of spares left over from an alternate method of cutting that I tried out (a friend made a rig for a table saw, but my method with a knife left a cleaner edge).

They are working gangbusters - after a heavy downpour there's not a teaspoon of rain water in the lip. The smaller ones, closer to the deck, accumulate a bit, but it is spray bouncing up, not rain falling in.
