    Found this vessel listed on Boat Trader...

    1/5/2022 - Just talked to the owner of this vessel.. very interesting.  Factory finished interior and the deck is made of "solid" teak with the cabin top 3" thick and side 1.5" thick.  Hull is solid fiberglass.  

    New toilet ready to be installed, no galley oven/stove.

    Condition (below is from Boat Trader site)

    This 1974 Kendall 32 is in good condition overall. The boat has been well cared for and this past year, the seller has spent considerable time restoring the wood deck and interior to their original look. The boat is powered additionally by a 3-cylinder Yanmar diesel, all sails are in very good condition and the rigging is updated, the owner confirms.

    1/09/2022 I was able to meet with the owner and get a tour of the vessel. 

    The exposed teak is treated with "boat soap"  as described here

    "Boat Soap" gave me pause for a second . 

    There is a ongoing YouTube video called Salt & Tar that I really like . They use the soup on all their wood . Tar on their rigging . Their rigging is Galvanized steel . Come to think of it they should call their videos Soup and Tar .

    In this episode (#54) they mix up some soup and put on their mast .
