Yes do contact Kirk thru stores@westsail.org before sending checks but before I post kirk's regular email address I'll need to get his permission.
Yes the stores@westsail.org is forwarded to Kirk and Ron... and I'm retesting to confirm our domain hosting service is working as expected.
We don't use paypal and other services for the store at this time as the association would incur more expenses over time then is reasonable for our small organization.
Also Kirk/Ron need to check the inventory and current price before setting up the delivery/shipping et al for the order.
Question for you -- did you get any bounce back messages when using the stores... email address... also can you test the stores@westsail.org again to see the replay/bounce ?
