That boat is DELTA BELLE formerly owned by Skip Munns before she sank in Isaac. We met with him and he was a very nice guy. I live right next to Mandeville, Isaac wasn't fun. have some videos from that storm on our website. Unfortunate that she sank.
He told us that the dock lines were too tight and he left a sink seacock open. Once the water level went above the sink it start filling the boat. When they refloated her, there were no leaks or hull damage, just a left open seacock that wasn't even defective.
If anyone decides to bid/buy this boat, we're right down the road.
