My water smells like rotten eggs. I have cleaned both tanks twice, added chlorine to both tanks twice and changed the filter and nothing seems to work. The tanks smell fine, but when I get water at the sink it smells like rotten eggs. Need help.

If your water supply hoses are old they are likely the problem. I had a similar issue a few years ago and changing the hoses completely solved the problem.

Check the water source. It sounds like it could be "sulfur water". I've found it in a lot of well water along the Delaware river. Hope this helps. John
Not sure if this is your problem but the marina we are at has well water, and it is tainted with sulfides. We use a whole house activated charcoal filter, available at Lowes, and we filter as we fill our tanks. Works amazingly well!
