I would like to thank Ron Elder - s/v Summer Wind W32 for volunteering to be the WOA Treasurer.  He lives in the Las Vegas,CA area and his boat is in the Yacht Haven Marina in Wilmington, CA.  

I would also like to thank Ron, Kirk Brown and Colleen Crystal as well as Terry and his son for working through the details of the WOA bank account transfer of funds and other changes.
