This is not my boat, but have been chatting with the sellers agent as I thought a buddy of mine was pretty interested in this one, but it might be a bit much for a retirement project. On video walk through looks like boomkin and bowsprit (both wood) will want replacing sooner rather than later. Bottom paint needed. Interior looks good and lots of “new” sails reportedly.  I have an line on a Perkins 4.108 (repowering in June) that I may give someone a heck of a deal on (paying it forward in WOA) if you do end up being the buyer reach out!
