At the risk of seeming to be a smarty pants know-all, I just want to suggest that the screw together links attaching chain to the lift bar be replaced with shackles and clevis pins.  I've had the screw together variety strip their threads and pull apart with (in your case) catastrophic results.  I like to over build and am afraid of too much axial pull on screwed together fittings
