One thing to consider is that white oil based paints will yellow, whereas the latex will not. When redoing my interior I followed Don Casey's advice and used Benjamin Moore Satin Impervo paints. They went on great once I got the hand of rolling and tipping, but when Bud came out to put in my Betamarine (great engine by the way) he asked what paints I used and dropped that little bomb on me. Sure enough, after about five years I have some significant yellowing on my China White panels. It's tough paint, but I wish I had used a good exterior latex! Tom
