-full teak factory finished interior (Only 78 W28s exist and only 22 of them were factory finished)
-tabernacle mast (can easily be folded down for bridge crossings)
-can even fit on a trailer making it the perfect world cruiser (trailer available through sailboat trailers in Georgia for $9k+shipping or Iv seen used ones, needs a triple axel that can handle 14,000lbs)
-she’s beautiful boat that’s modeled after North Sea rescue boats and can take on the worlds oceans

-packing gland needs repacked
-mast support needs replaced (symptoms are crazing on deck, cabin sole minor sagging near mast support and needs jacked up then cut out old rotted support then glass in new support, common issue)
-running rigging, standing rigging, dodger, and sails are old
