• Google Map Location of Tradewinds Sailing School and Club, 2580 Spinnaker Way, Richmond, CA 94804 and D Dock, Marina Bay Marina, Richmond, CA

• Lodging and local attractions - Richmond Convention & Visitors web site and also Tradewinds sailing schools - local guide to nearby lodging and services.   Unlike San Leandro Marina - the lodging is NOT near D dock.   

• Parking - will be available in the Tradewinds gated parking lot.  Park in the circle outside the school, go into the school and they will assist with getting in the gated parking 

• Slip fees are ~$.50 per foot per night and include access card.   The pdf sign up form  will need to be filled out and sent to the office - they will assign the slips to the group and issue the keys and cards for my distribution or you can pick up the keys from the marina office.    US Boat members do receive a discount.

• Early arrivals - If you arrive before the event - do sign up directly with the marina office and tell them you are there for the Westsail Rendezvous.  US Boat members do receive a discount.

• Those arriving by car - check in with the Tradewinds Sailing School and access will be provided to parking and the D dock. 

• Friday night hors d'oeuvres potluck on D Dock. 

• Saturday, boat tours and visiting followed by a delicious sailors BBQ served in the Tradewinds Sailing School patio.  (Exact plans and cost for the meal are being finalized and a vegetarian plate will be on the menu.)

• New this year- Norm Rhines will be instructing us in the making of a "Crew overboard safety Lei".  The line will be supplied by David Krupka of Samson Rope. 

• Our famous red raffle finishes the evening.   Prizes in 2014 are from our friends at Cruising Outpost, Good Old Boat, North Sails and Ocean Navigator

  

• Sunday morning - you own breakfast on the dock.
