Just finished removing, reinstalling new fuel (4) & water tanks (3). Took over me over a year!

Had to remove, reinstall (glass) all the wood partitions, bulkheads, floor etc...

Created a stringer system for a low long 80 gallon main tank just above the bilge.

Carr Enterprises (Florida) is a great source for custom fab aluminum fuel tanks.

All water tanks are stock polyethylene.

    240 gal fuel, 170 H2O

Tanks are rigid foamed in place.

I do have photos to share.

    Tom,

Sorry it's been a while. It would be great if you could share the photos of fuel and water tank removal and install.

Also, would you have any photos of your Beta engine install.  Any photos of the engine mounts? I am using the original aft mounts that were on the transmission. And showing 2 holes / 3rd hole is bolted on the trans. Mount. Needs to be there for the helm pulley clearance. However, the forward mounts seem to be off a little. The way the engine guy made them may be off. The starboard mount is hitting the fiberglass pan. And the width of the mount does not seem to let the motor mount mounting bolts line up with the engine pan holes. I have to replace the stern tube so in re installing the tube, we may be able to raise the  engine mount ( bow end) for alignment surposes and tweak the stern tube.

Perhaps a measurement for a bench mark- bottom of engine pulley or center of pulley nut

    half circle cut out

    Sorry I Pad got stuck...

Measurement of pulley center nut to the top of the half circle cut out in the engine pan. And or any other measurement that can be used as a bench mark.

    Thank you,

    George
