Oct 20th I took possession of The Vessel Calypso Hull 446 she's a W32 one owner vessel. Mr.Law bought the hull and deck and did a labor of love on her.
I will be hauling her out and doing the bottom, dropping the mast to paint and new standing rigging. The bowsprit needs some work as well.
I'm lucky to have such a well built sailboat, she wasn't even on the market
, Mr. Law wanted somebody to take care of her and have as much enjoyment with her as he did.
My good friend Mr. Buddy said: "Your going to go to the Law school of Calypsology. Lol
I'm excited to be here with other westsail owners. Hello to you.

And Hello back to you Lonnie.  Congratulations on your purchase.  You're going to find this is an amazing organization.  I, for one, brag about WOA to owners of other brands of boats whenever I get the opportunity.  Welcome aboard.

    Lonnie,

Good choice, Westsails are great regardless of how much work may be necessary. I'm nearing completion of the same tasks you mentioned, Mast refurb and Bowsprit replacement, along with a dozen or more other projects.

Went with Norseman mechanical fittings for the re-rig(straightforward DIY) and all LED for the Nav Lites. Bud's SS Bowsprit made replacement a breeze and very reasonably priced.

    Good luck.
